With over 20-year of experiences as an accountant, coupled with banking and financing knowledge, John has had the experience of overseeing finance and cash flow of UMW and Electronic Data Systems IT Services (M) Sdn Bhd (EDS). A man with multiple skills and interest, John later joined Hewlett Packard (HP) as a Sales Specialist. His expertise in sales and marketing didn’t just stop right there, John later joined Daythree Business Services Sdn Bhd as Business Development Director whereby he managed the sales and marketing of Malaysian and Singapore branch. Knowing that there’s a businessman in him, John later delved into entrepreneurship by carving out a business, Technology Bucket (M) Sdn Bhd, an IT company that focuses on software development portfolio along with BPO business operation. As of today Technology Bucket has built premier partnership with companies in India and United Kingdom to bring the products for the local markets.

In her role she has significantly contributed in human capital development that includes performance management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, payroll management and many other roles within her portfolio. She is the Chief Human Capital Officer in Technology Bucket managing the complete spectrum of the human resources operation.

Ragavendra is a strong-willed content creator who has dabbled in journalism and social media marketing. A mass communication graduate of Taylor’s University, Ragavendra has started his career in Mobile88. As strong believer in lifelong learning, Ragavendra later delved into social media marketing with the knowledges he equipped during his spans as a researcher and tech writer. He joined Rhombus Food & Lifestyle as the Manager, Special Social Media Marketing whereby he largely contributed on the strategic planning and oversees the execution of the online marketing campaigns. Ragavendra has further expanded his career in the BPO industry by joining Technology Bucket as Operation Manager. He is the key person managing the operation team and ensure customers’ requirements are met at all time. He has the capabilities to handling handful number of projects at any one point in time without compromising the quality and delivery deadlines set by the customers.
